Video Resume
You will be asked to record a short video of yourself to introduce us to who you are and your background. Make sure to consider what makes you special and most suited for the role you are applying for. You do not need to be overly enthusiastic, as we are looking for honesty and good communication skills.

Online Assessment
You will need to complete two short online psychometric tests to measure your suitability for the role; one verbal reasoning test and one numerical reasoning test. The tests are standardised but no two candidates will receive the same questions.

Coding exercise
You will be emailed a coding exercise in the form of a C# program template and a set of unit tests. The goal will be to produce a program to make all the unit tests pass. You may take as long as you like but we would not expect this to take longer than 3 hours

Phone interview with HR
We will automatically invite you to schedule a screening call with an HR representative, who will ask you about your suitability for the role, as well as points such as ability to work from home if required. This is your chance to clear up any practicalities before moving onto the on-site interviews.

On-site interview with team
You will be invited to our head office in Sydney to meet two to three people from the team that you will be working with. We encourage this to be more of a conversation than a question-answer format interview, as we believe this evokes better assessment both ways. You may be asked to take part in a short data-modelling or coding test but no preparation is required.

Project Case Study
You will sent a real-life case study to analyse and answer questions on. No preparation or previous knowledge about our company are required.

On-site interview with CEO
The final stage involves an interview with the CEO. We will invite you back to our offices for this but you are welcome to attend virtually via Zoom or Microsoft Teams if you would prefer.
Offer
We expect to be able to make an offer via email within 3 weeks of applying.

Responsibilities
  • Provide insights into the consumer purchase decision journey and purchase intent by customer segmentation
  • Key Performance Index performance tracking and attribution analysis: traffic source and campaign type; visit device type, visit frequency, visit page type, visitor demographic profile
  • Campaign performance analysis for various types of campaigns and monthly website performance reporting
  • Utilise analytics tools or your own SQL queries based on the given dataset
  • Run web analytics tag audit for digital media campaign tags and web analytics tags
  • Dashboard building and continuous system enhancements
  • Effectively communicate findings and contribute to client meeting/ presentations

Required Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance / data science / statistics – finance / accounting or equivalent experience activity-based costing, operational performance optimisation and continuous improvement or investment banking
Required Experience
  • Web analytics using Adobe analytics or Google Analytics and Hybris
  • Digital media performance and attribution analysis (Google Adwords/ Double Click / Facebook Ad / CRM campaign)
  • Analytics code tagging and auditing (Google Tag manager, FB Pixel, GG UTM Tag)
Preferred Experience
  • Basic coding skills to automate data processing
  • Ability to data import and export based on Java script
  • Ability to analyse with SQL based raw data and ability to use dashboard tools
